This course is designed to provide participants with an up-to-date overview of preparing, delivering and evaluating training in a professional manner. It covers the active adult learning, assessment, objectives, experiential learning and active training; the training need analysis and the types of training materials; developing course content and selecting training materials and audio visuals; the characteristics of successful trainers; the effective communication and reading body languages; dealing with difficult participants; presentation skills; delivering with confidence and persuasive presentations; the confidence and self-esteem; the efficient use of instructional time; and motivation

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

20 % Workshops & Work Presentations
20 % Case Studies & Practical Exercises
30 % Videos, Software & Simulators

VIRTUAL TRAINING (IF APPLICABLE)

If this course is delivered online as a Virtual Training, the following limitations will be applicable:

Certificates	:	Only soft copy certificates will be issued
Training Materials	:	Only soft copy materials will be issued
Training Methodology	:	80% theory, 20% practical
Training Program	:	4 hours per day, from 09:30 to 13:30
