Course Description
This comprehensive training course is designed to develop the technical, managerial and analytical competencies required for effective project engineering across industrial, engineering, construction, infrastructure, oil and gas, petrochemical and energy projects. The course provides participants with a structured understanding of the project engineering lifecycle, from project initiation, feasibility studies and engineering design through procurement, construction, commissioning, handover and project closeout.
Participants will gain practical knowledge of engineering project planning, multidisciplinary coordination, technical specifications, engineering deliverables, cost estimation, scheduling, risk management, quality assurance, contract administration and project performance monitoring. The course also emphasizes engineering problem-solving, change management, stakeholder communication and the application of industry standards, codes and best practices to ensure successful project execution.
This practical and highly-interactive course includes various practical sessions and exercises. Theory learnt will be applied using our software tools.
