register, organizational process assets and tools and techniques for identifying risks.
During this interactive course, participants will learn the information gathering,
brainstorming, nominal group technique, delphi technique, interviewing and root cause
analysis; the checklist analysis, assumptions analysis, diagramming techniques, flow
chart diagram and influence diagramming; the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and
threats (SWOT); the expert judgment, risks outputs, identified risks, potential responses
and triggers; the qualitative and quantitative risk analysis process; and the risk
responses process and apply control risks.
