Course Description

 This practical and highly-interactive course includes real-life case studies where participants will be engaged in a series of interactive small groups and class workshops.

This course is designed to provide participants with a detailed and up-to-date overview of AI in Project Management – Using AI Tools for Risk Assessment & Automation. It covers the AI’s role in modern project workflows (agile, waterfall, hybrid); integrating AI concepts with project management systems and dashboards; using AI for early risk identification and pattern recognition and predictive analytics to anticipate delays and cost risks; the scenario planning and trend analysis; and visualizing risk with AI-supported dashboards. During this interactive course, participants will learn how AI reduces repetitive project tasks and documentation; the AI-supported scheduling, resource allocation and task tracking and automation opportunities in common PM tools (concept overview); the AI’s role in project budgeting and resource planning; using AI to monitor project costs, variances and vendor performance and turning raw project data into clear executive summaries with AI; evolving role of project managers in the AI era; the ethical AI covering bias, data privacy and responsible adoption; and the AI in agile, lean and cross-industry project environments.
