LM0191 : Sustainable Supply Chain Management

This course is designed to provide participants
with a detailed and up-to-date overview of
Sustainable Supply Chain Management. It
covers the principles of sustainable supply
chains and integration of environmental, social
and economic considerations; the sustainability
frameworks, global trends and sustainable
supply chain; the sustainable supply chain
strategy, stakeholder engagement and
sustainability expectations; and the governance,
ethics, responsible business conduct and
sustainable procurement principles.
Further, the course will also discuss the
sustainable supplier and qualification including
supplier sustainability assessment and auditing;
the ethical and responsible sourcing, supplier
engagement and development; the sustainable
contracting and supplier performance; the
environmental impact of supply chain operations,
carbon management and supply chain
emissions; the sustainable logistics and
transportation, circular economy and circular
supply chains; and the sustainable materials,
packaging and waste management.
During this interactive course, participants will learn the life cycle assessment, eco-design
and social sustainability in supply chains and human rights due diligence; the
sustainability risk management, climate change, supply chain resilience and sustainable
supply chain compliance; the technology for sustainable and resilient supply chains and
sustainable supply chain performance management; the ESG data management,
sustainability reporting, supply chain carbon reduction strategies and sustainable supply
chain innovation; and the continuous improvement, sustainability maturity and sustainable
supply chain action plan.
