PM0295 : Project Performance Measurement & Management

This practical and highly-interactive course includes real-life case studies where participants will be engaged in a series of interactive small groups and class workshops.
This course is designed to provide participants with a detailed and up-to-date overview of Project Performance Measurement & Management. It covers the purpose of project performance management and the difference between project monitoring, measurement and control; the project success criteria, performance dimensions and the project performance baseline; the project performance indicators and project performance measurement framework; and the performance governance and accountability, project schedule performance and project cost performance.
Further, the course will also discuss the physical progress measurement, resource performance and productivity including project data collection and validation; the project performance dashboards, earned value management (EVM), core earned value measurements and earned value variance analysis; the earned value performance indices, project forecasting using EVM, to-complete performance index and performance forecasting; and the project variance analysis, trend and performance analysis and root cause analysis of performance problems.
During this interactive course, participants will learn the project outcomes and corrective and preventive action management; the change management and performance baselines; the effective project performance reports, executive dashboards and management reporting; and the performance review meeting, managing underperforming projects and continuous project performance improvement.
