PM0090 : Advanced Project & Construction Management

This practical and highly-interactive course includes various practical sessions and exercises. Theory learnt will be applied using our software tools.
This course is designed to provide participants with a detailed and up-to-date overview of Advanced Project and Construction Management. It covers the project management framework and project management office (PMO); the strategic alignment and business management skills, delivering value, benefits and people change management; the project oversight structure, project alignment, stakeholder management, identification and analysis; and the collaborative team culture, build hybrid teams and discuss virtual team communication technology.
Further, the course will also discuss the shared perspective, project approach and project plan; the requirements, work breakdown structure (WBS) and schedule; the resource management plan, financial management, risk management, quality management and integration planning; and the leadership skills, collaborative project team culture and team accountability.
During this interactive course, participants will learn the team member performance, communicating and collaborating with stakeholders, training, coaching and mentoring; the conflict management, continuous improvement (CI) mindset, performance optimization and project progress evaluation; the project issues, impediments, project changes and project/phase completion; and the benefits realization management (BRM) and knowledge management during closure.
This course is in line with the PMI (Project Management Institute) training requirements and with the relevant experience will enable the participant to apply to the PMI for acceptance to their examination for the PMI licenses.
