It covers the maintenance contracting, outsourcing in maintenance and the key elements of a maintenance contract; selecting a maintenance service provider and maintenance contract negotiation; the legal framework for maintenance contracts, cost management in maintenance contracts and risk management in maintenance outsourcing; the performance management and KPIs, contract monitoring and compliance; managing vendor relationships and implementing strategic decision making in outsourcing and outsourced maintenance services.
