Course Description

This practical and highly-interactive course includes real-life case studies and exercises where participants will be engaged in a series of interactive small groups and class workshops. 
 
 
This course is designed to provide participants with a detailed and up-to-date overview of AI in Project Management – Using AI Tools for Risk Assessment & Automation. It covers the role of AI in project management and the differences between traditional and AI-enhanced project management; how AI is transforming project workflows and its impact on agile, waterfall and hybrid methodologies; and the AI-powered data analytics in project planning, task management, automation including collaboration and communication. 

 


Further, the course will also discuss the financial, operational and compliance risks with AI and predictive risk assessment, dynamic risk mitigation strategies, compliance and regulatory risk management; the AI for stakeholder sentiment analysis, change impact assessments, adaptive risk communication strategies and managing resistance to change; and the project documentation with AI, task prioritization, sequencing and workflow automation in agile projects. 

 
During this interactive course, participants will learn to optimize the team productivity, predictive workforce planning and smart budget allocation; evaluating multiple project scenarios and dynamic decision adjustments, trade-off analysis in project constraints, smart scheduling and AI-based time tracking and forecasting; the project milestone success, performance gaps and continuous improvement strategies; the AI for budget forecasting and cost estimation, expense monitoring, fraud detection and procurement and vendor management; the project financial feasibility, return on investment (ROI) forecasting and long-term financial strategy planning; the project financial risks and how AI is reshaping project management roles; enhancing leadership decision-making and AI-driven team collaboration; the ethical considerations in AI project management, agile and lean project management and cross-industry project management; and the implementation of AI in enterprise-level project management.
