Course Description
This practical and highly-interactive course includes real-life case studies and exercises where participants will be engaged in a series of interactive small groups and class workshops.
This course is designed to provide participants a detailed and up-to-date overview of ISO 22000 Food Safety Management. It covers the regulatory requirements of ISO 22000 including FSMS, ISO 22000 clauses, documents and records; the fundamentals of auditing and HACCP; pre-planning audit preparation and FSMS audit checklist; and opening meeting, communicating during the audit and proper audit procedures.
During this interactive course, participants will learn the verification of information and documenting non-conformities; analyzing feedback to management and formulating audit findings; the quality overview and integration into other HSE systems; preparing recommendations, integration of closing meeting and reviewing action plans; the ISO 2000, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 and ISO 31000; managing commitment and sustainability of FSMS; advising and coaching others on implementing ISO 22000; and the ISO 22000 fundamentals and auditing.
