Course Description

 
This practical and highly-interactive course includes real-life case studies where participants will be engaged in a series of interactive small groups and class workshops. 
 
 
This course is designed to provide participants with a detailed and up-to-date overview of HSSE management system. It covers the basic concepts of HSSE practices, standards and regulations; the HSSE management system; the HSSE tools and systems used within the organization; using and operating the functionalities of HSSE tools and systems available; the safety responsibilities; identifying and correcting hazards; the legal compliance related to HSSE practices; the risk based approach; and the commitment to developing people. 
 
 
During this interactive course, participants will learn the process safety and integrity management; the enforcement and reinforcement of procedures; ensuring safety accountability; creating a culture of consequences; and the B.O.S.S (Benchmarking Organizational Safety Strategy).

Training Methodology : 80% theory, 20% practical
Training Program : 4 hours per day, from 09:30 to 13:30
