Course Description

 This practical and highly-interactive course includes various practical sessions and exercises. Theory learnt will be applied using our state-of-the-art simulators. 
This course is designed to provide participants with a detailed and up-to-date overview of Carrier Diagnostic & Troubleshooting. It covers the types of Carrier HVAC systems including the components and their functions in district cooling; the basic principles of HVAC diagnostics and the proper use and maintenance of diagnostic equipment; the system specifications, common issues in Carrier systems and safe working conditions; checking electrical components and diagnosing; and the electrical issues, refrigerant cycle diagnostics, airflow diagnostics, pressure and temperature diagnostics and componentspecific diagnostics. 
During this interactive course, participates will learn the techniques for troubleshooting electrical failures, refrigerant issues, airflow issues and mechanical issues; the advanced techniques for complex electrical issues; handling and diagnosing advanced refrigerant problems; the advanced leak detection methods, the system performance data, inefficiencies and performance issues; the use of diagnostics for predictive maintenance; the preventive maintenance plans, effective maintenance schedules and diagnostic checklists; and the emerging technologies in HVAC diagnostics.
