Mr. Zaidoon Al Khassawneh is a Senior Mechanical Engineer with over 20 years of practical experience within the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical industries. His specialization covers the areas of Mechanical Maintenance, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, Performance Management, Reliability and Plant Maintenance, Condition Monitoring, Maintenance Planning, Scheduling & Work Control and Root Cause Analysis. He is also experienced in Pumps, Compressors, Valves, Boilers, Heat Exchangers, Bearings, Pipelines, Motors, Gas Turbines, Gears, Lubrication Technology, Mechanical Seals, Diesel Engines, Cranes and Hydraulic Systems.


Throughout Mr. Zaidoon’s professional career, he has handled key positions as the Engineering Manager, FMS Manager, Maintenance Manager, Technical Workshop Officer and the Leader of Technical Platoon of the Jordan Armed Forces (JAF) wherein he managed procurement processes, planning, scheduling and coordinating detailed phases of large-scale projects as well as designing and detailing mechanical parts and cable assembling using Oracle Software program.


Mr. Zaidoon has a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Mutah University. Further, he is a Certified Instructor by Haward Technology Train-the-Trainer Program and has delivered numerous trainings and courses in his field of expertise.
