Mr. Jim Kovacevic, MMP, CRMP, CAMA, is a Senior Maintenance & Reliability Engineer with 15 years of industrial experience in the Oil & Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical industries. His wide expertise includes Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM), Reliability-Centred Asset Management (RCAM), Failure Modes, Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Asset Management, Reliability Engineering, Equipment Failure Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Failure Modes & Effect Analysis, Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Preventive & Predictive Maintenance, MRO Enhancement, Maintenance Task Scheduling, Electrical and Mechanical Work Planning, KPIs, PdM Program, Asset Care Auditing, Equipment Installation & Calibration, M&R and SAP applications as well as Troubleshooting & Installation of Automated Machinery, Fall Prevention, Fall Protection, Aerial Work Platforms and Siemens Step 7. He is currently the Principal Consultant of High Performance Reliability wherein he provides SMRP training programs and asset management assessments.

 

During his career life, Mr. Kovacevic gained his practical and field experience through various significant positions such as the Asset Care Manager, Manufacturing Excellence Manager, Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Manager, Bottling Team Leader, Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Supervisor, Senior Electrical Technician, Industrial Electrician, Controls Technician and Service Technician from various companies such as the Diageo, Integram Windsor Seating, RS Technologies,  Global Composite Manufacturing and KVT Technologies.

 

Mr. Kovacevic is a Certified Maintenance Management Professional (MMP), a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) and a Certified Asset Management Assessor (CAMA). Further, he is a Certified Instructor/Trainer and an active Member of the Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP), the Plant Engineering & Maintenance Association of Canada (PEMAC) and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
