Mr. Dawson has a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology/Sociology and in Industrial Relations from the University of Port Elizabeth and gained his Diploma in Training Management from the Institute of Personnel Management (IPM). Further, he is a Certified Instructor/Trainer, a Certified Internal Verifier/ Assessor/Trainer by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), a Certified Assessor for Sector Education Training Authority (SETA), a Certified Wholesale & Retail (W&RSETA) Assessor, a Certified Manufacturing, Engineering and Related Services (MERSETA) Assessor, a Certified Transport Education Training Authority (TETA) Assessor, a Certified ETDP Assessor, a Certified LGSETA Assessor and a Certified PSETA Assessor.
