Inspection & Integrity Assessment, Metallurgical
Failure Analysis & Prevention, Oxy-Fuel Gas Cutting Equipment, Manual Metal Arc Welding Equipment, Manual TIG Welding Equipment, Shielded
Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas
Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) and
Plasma Cutting. He is also
well-versed in Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)
and Submerge Arc Welding (SAW).
Further, he is also an expert in edge preparation, distortion & residual
stresses, types of coating & tests, welding set, shielding gases, machine
maintenance, plant maintenance and quality assurance.
During his career life, Mr. Deya held key positions in international companies
in the Middle East and Russia as the Section
Head of Fabrication Department, Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical & Production Engineer
wherein he was in charge of all related aspects of welding and fabrication,
production scheduling and welding inspections.
Mr. Deya has a Bachelor degree
in Mechanical Engineering from the Friendship University in Moscow, Russia. Further, he is a Certified Assessor by City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in
Assessing Vocational Achievement under
the TAQA Qualification (Training,
Assessment & Quality Assurance) and a Certified Instructor/Trainer
and has delivered numerous
trainings and workshops related to welding, fabrication and mechanical
engineering all over the world. He is also a Member of the Jordan Engineers Association.
