Mr. Albert Stoltz is a Senior Inspection Engineer with over 20 years of experience within the Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemical and Power industries. His expertise lies extensively in the areas of Pressure Vessels Inspection, Tank Inspection, Tank Repair & Alteration, Storage Tank Fabrication, Welding Procedures, Heat Treatment, Piping Systems, Boilers, Material Inspection, Hydrostatic/Pneumatic Pressure Testing, Steam Generator Repair, Corrosion Calculation, Heat Exchangers, Deaerators, Oil & Steam Separators, Process Reactors, Condensers, LPG & Ammonia Vessels, Hydrogen Vessels, Accumulators, Feedwater Heaters and Blow Down Coolers. Further, he is also exposed to virtually all facets of industry including fossil fuel power stations, nuclear power stations, solar power generating plants, pharmaceutical production plants, paper mill plants, ammonia refrigeration plants, waste water treatment plants, fuel storage depots, road and rail tankers, cross country pipelines, railway exothermic welds, iron ore mill, draglines, oil rigs, fishing vessels, port tug and pilot boats and structures. He is currently the Senior Inspector of RITC (Pty) Ltd. wherein he is involved in the fabrication of new pressure equipment.


During his career life, Mr. Stoltz has worked with numerous multi-national companies such as the Chevron Refinery, Eskom Koeberg, British Petroleum, Engen, SASOL, NATREF, PETRO, Transnet Rail Engineering and Stein Muller, just to name a few. He holds key significant positions including Senior Inspector, Welding Inspector, Senior NDE Technician and Radiation Protection Officer.


Mr. Stoltz is a Certified Instructor/Trainer and a Certified API 653, API 510, API 570 Inspector, SAQCC Level I & Level II Welding & Fabrication Inspector, SAQCC Competent Person Pressure Vessels (CPPV 602), SAQCC Competent Person Boilers, SAQCC ASME Codes of Manufacture, SAQCC Inspector of Pressurized Equipment and an ASNT Level II in Penetrant Testing (PT), Radiographic Testing (RT) and Magnetic Particle Testing (MT).
