Mr. Tony Stocks is a Senior Electrical Engineer & CAS Specialist with over 30 years of extensive experience within the Oil & Gas (Onshore & Offshore), Petrochemical, Power and Utilities. He specializes in Power Quality, Power System Disturbance Analysis, Power Harmonics, Network Analysis, Electric Network Troubleshooting, Electric Distribution System Equipment, Power Generation, Motors & Variable Speed Drives, High Voltage Electrical Safety, Circuit Breakers & Switchgear, Electrical Control Circuits & Equipment, National Electrical Codes (NEC), National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), Industrial & Commercial Electrical Installations and Electrical Maintenance Procedures. He is also well-versed in the Installation, Commissioning, Testing and Maintenance of Heavy Engineering Plants & Equipments and Offshore Safety Procedures.

During Mr. Stocks’ career life, he has demonstrated his enormous capabilities and expertise throughout the Europe, USA, Asian, the Middle East and South African regions. He worked with international companies globally including the Exxon (Russia), ExxonMobil (South Korea), ExxonMobil (Guinea), Terminale GNL (Italy), AMEC-BP (USA), KPO (Kazakhstan), AGIP (Kazakhstan), PDO (Oman), SWCC (KSA), First Solutions (China), Process Plant Services (Nigeria), SHELL (Nigeria) and Barwoth Flockton Steelworks not limited to the academe consisting the Leeds College of Technology, Newham Community College and Sheffield Hallam University.  His academe and practical experience includes being the NVQ, BTEC & C&G Professor, Lecturer & Tutor and he has handled extremely challenging responsibilities in various industries as the CAS Specialist, Heavy Engineering Plant & Machinery Engineer, Technical Trainer, Electrical Engineer, Material Developer, Offshore Technical Instructor, Electrical Assessor, Maintenance Competency Assessor, Maintenance Assessment Coordinator and Maintenance Assessment Manager.

Mr. Stock has Bachelor degrees in Electrical Engineering and Education from the Sheffield Hallam University and Thames University respectively. Further, he is a Certified Train-the Trainer and D32/D33 Assessor from the Leeds College of Technology and a Certified OPITO Instructor for the Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training from the RGIT (USA).
