Further, his expertise lies heavily in the areas of Procurement, Contracts, Security, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Logistics Operations, Facilities Management, Warehouse Management, Tender & Contract Management, Equipment Inventory Management, Fleet Management, Project Management, and Security Management. He is currently the Safety Specialist of Rio Tinto.

He rendered tremendous services as the Facilities Maintenance Manager, Multi-Site Facilities Manager, Facilities Manager, Logistics Manager and Military Engineering Senior Operations Manager. He has further achieved the Rank of Warrant Officer Class 2 (Sergeant Major) for his exemplary worldwide military service.
Mr. Nutter has a Bachelor degree in Engineering from the University of Lincoln and has a National Vocational Qualification Level 4 in Information Technology. He has National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety from NEBOSH and HND in Disaster Relief Operation (BTEC Level 4). Further, he is an active member of various professional institutions worldwide such as the Institute of Leadership and Management, the British Institute of Facilities Management and the Institute of Occupational Health and Safety (IOHS).
