Dr. Tarek Ali, MSc, BSc, is a Senior Medical Doctor with over 25 years of extensive experience within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refineries and Government Medical industries. His experience covers Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points (HACCP), Industrial Hygiene, Pulmonary Function, Occupational Hearing Conservation, Infection Control (IC), Cardiac Life Support (CLS), Trauma Life Support (TLS), Electrocardiogram (ECG), Critical Care Support (CCS), HeartSaver (HSAED) & First Aid & CPR, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Physical Hazards including Noise, Light, Heat, Vibration, Pressure, Radiation, Chemical Hazards, Ergonomics, Psychosocial Hazards, Health Risk Assessment and Occupational Investigation. Further, he is well-versed in the fields of Health Risk Assessment & Management, Public Health, Medical Statistics, Preventive Measures and Risk Factor. Currently, he is the Medical Affairs Managing Director of EPROM.
Dr. Tarek’s vast professional experience includes directing and managing health, safety and environmental aspects within various international industries while holding key positions as the General Manager, Medical General Manager, Company Doctor, Site Doctor, Hotel Doctor, Train the Trainer Consultant, Technical & Medical Consultant and the Senior Lecturer.
Dr. Tarek has a Bachelor degree in Medicine and a Master degree in Occupational Health from the University of Birmingham (UK). Further, he is a Certified “Train the Trainer” and the respected Chairman of the Alexandria Petroleum Doctors Association.
