Mr. Paul Manuel, MSc, BSc, is a Senior Electrical & Control Engineer with over 40 years of extensive experience. He is an International Expert in the National Electrical Code (NEC), Power System Protection, Relays, National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), Power Plants, Energy Production & Transport, Distribution Networks, Power System Distribution, Cable Systems, Electrical & Safety Installations, Power Systems Security, Power Electronics, Electrical Networks & Substations, Transformers, GIS Substation, Switchgears & Circuit Breakers, Control and Protection, Energy Control, Road Lighting, Airfield Lighting Vault, Apron Lighting, Hydrant Refueling System, Telecommunications, HVAC, Fire Fighting & ProtectionProject Analysis and Design Analysis.

 

Mr. Manuel has built-up a formidable reputation in his design, inspection, installation and maintenance of High Voltages Distribution, Transformers, Substation, Switchgears, Circuit Breakers, Motors & Drives and Power Electronics. He gained his expertise not only through the academe but also through various practical experience positions as the Professional Trainer, Senior Professor & Lecturer, Production Director, Project Manager, Technical & Management Consultant, Installations Manager, Export Manager, Project Leader, Electrical Engineer, Design Engineer and Project Engineer.

 

Mr. Manuel has a Master degree in Electrotechnical Engineering & Computer from the Nova University of Lisbon and a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Lisbon. Moreover, he is a Certified Instructor/Trainer, a Certified Internal Verifier/Assessor/Trainer by the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), a Senior Fellow of the Portuguese Chambers of Engineers Association and a Certified Professional Trainer at the IAPMEI and ANEPE.  Further, he has published numerous books internationally such as the “Basic Electricity”, “Substations Constructions and Specifications”, “Electrical Installations for Angolan Technicians” “Project Analysis”, “Project Control and Management” and many more.
